Since lockdown 2.0 commenced this week, we have had numerous queries regarding whether or not we will be starting a takeaway service at the pub. At this moment in time, this is not something we are pushing ahead with but instead urge you to support local pubs and restaurants offering this service.
The Queen’s Head will be doing what we can to support the community – we are open for anyone who is struggling, vulnerable or needs a helping hand. We are able to buy in bulk from wholesalers and drop off essentials to people’s doorsteps, as well as a home-cooked meal if needed.
We look forward to reopening our doors and welcoming you all back into our village pub once again. In the meantime, stay safe.
